We use an interactive, cross-platform tool that broadcasts audio, the presentation slides and demos, and also allows for students to share their screens and talk to the instructor with the use of a microphone. Our online training is presented live, and is a mix of lecture and demos. Labs are provided in most of the courses and Q&A is handled throughout the session via a chat shared by all of the attendees and the instructor, or by microphone if the student is equipped with one.
